Full Time Program:
- 3.5 hours of tennis training daily
- Individualised attention
- Sport psychology, individual testing and enhancement
- Fitness, conditioning and agility

- Preparation for professional and US collegiate play

Pro Preparation Full Time Program
- 5.5 hours of tennis training daily
- Individualised attention
- High intensity hitting/drilling
- Matchplay
- Sport Psychology
- Sports Nutrition
- Fitness and conditioning
- Sports vision
- Travel to satellites/tournaments, accompanied by coach
Junior Squads (7-11 year olds)
- 2.0 hours of training (after school)
- Introduction to tactical, mental and physical aspects of the game
- Focus on drills and matchplay
- Introduction to conditioning training
Elite Squads (12-16 year olds)
- After school
- 2 hours of tennis training
- Focus on drills, matchplay and tactical awareness
- Group presentations, psychology and nutrition
- On-court agility training
Individualised Programs
- Program designed to meet all aspects of the individual’s game both on and off court
- Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Strength and Conditioning
Private Lessons
- One-on-one lessons are available with Michael Baroch and all other coaches and are recommended to accelerate a player’s improvement
International Camps/Clinics/Seminars
